Expired Pesticides on Agenda of Government 25.07.2012
The Armenian government will deal with the expired pesticides left from the Soviet period. On July 26 the Executive will discuss the proposal filed by Agriculture Minister Sergo Karapetyan to conclude an agreement on "Elimination of Expired Pesticides and Strengthening Preventative Measures as Model for Elimination of Non-used Pesticides Left from Soviet Period” regional program. The agreement should be signed between the Armenian Government and Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
