New Gold Mine To Be Developed in Syuniq 23.05.2013
The Armenian Government once again gives light to mining. The executive has decided to put off the term designed for “AT-Metals” LLC to pay VAT for goods exceeding value of 300 million AMD and imported through an investment program till 30 May 2016. As the official website of the government informs, the company plans to conduct prospecting of Meghrasar mine, Syuniq Region, as well as ore processing to obtain gold and silver. A workshop for polymetallic processing will be constructed, “tails” generated during processing will be used for construction works, glass alloy and other fields. Products worth around 1.4 billion AMD will be manufactured in 2015 and 75 working places will be created. It should be mentioned that the governmental website misses the draft decision to support the company.
